God made all things, including all animals.
Gen 1:21 So God created the great sea creatures and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarm, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.
Gen 1:25 And God made the beasts of the earth according to their kinds and the livestock according to their kinds, and everything that creeps on the ground according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.
Isa 44:24 Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, who formed you from the womb: “I am the LORD, who made all things, who alone stretched out the heavens, who spread out the earth by myself,
There is no indication in scripture that anyone other than God has created animals. And why pick on dinosaurs as Satan’s creatures? Why not other fierce or dangerous animals? They are all parts of God’s creation.
We can learn from God’s two books, his book of revelation the Bible, and his book of creation. We should no more think of attributing part of God’s work to a supernatural evil entity than we would part of God’s word.
