There is nothing in the Bible about this. However, this is a Jewish legend that you may be referring to.
The Book of Raziel the Angel is a medieval text which allegedly contains things revealed to Adam by the angel Raziel. The book was supposedly passed from generation to generation, and was taken on the ark by Noah. Some versions of the legend say the book was inscribed on a sapphire stone.
These are the sorts of Jewish myths that Paul warned against in 1 Timothy 1:4; 4:7; 2 Timothy 4:4 and Titus 1:14.
