There have been various attempts to reconstruct the inscriptions on the cross in the original three languages.
Matthew 27:37 “And set up over his head his accusation written, THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.”
Mark 15:26 “And the superscription of his accusation was written over, THE KING OF THE JEWS.”
Luke 23:38 “And a superscription also was written over him in letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.”
John 19:19 “And Pilate wrote a title, and put it on the cross. And the writing was, JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS.”
As above the four gospels record the inscriptions in different ways. Obviously the idea of verbal inspiration does not require the writers of the Gospels to record the complete inscription unless such would be relevant to the purpose of their Gospels. Those who have sought to recover the original wording have usually arrived at a reconstruction as follows.
Matt. 27:37 – [THIS IS] JESUS _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ THE KING OF THE JEWS
Mark 15:26 – _ _ _ _ _ _ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ THE KING OF THE JEWS
Luke 23:38 – [THIS IS] _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ THE KING OF THE JEWS
John 19:19 – __ _ _ _ JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS
Reconstruction [THIS IS?] JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS
Given that the inscription was written by the Roman governor it is almost certain that it was accurately translated verbatim into all three languages. However the [THIS IS] in the reconstruction would likely be redundant on the inscription, and therefore it is more probable that it was added by Matthew and Luke to place it within their accounts.
