That doesn’t answer the question
According to the Bible, God is unchanging, everlasting, and has shown his power many times through history. Thus, while the Bible says nothing at all about where he got his power, we must assume that it has always been part of him (and thus he didn’t “get it” from somewhere).
I’m not sure how much better you can answer this question. You either believe it or you don’t.
