No. Christians should not support any state. Our allegiance should be to our future king, the Lord Jesus, who has promised to return and rule on earth.

This does not affect the different question as to God’s continuing relationship with the Jewish nation and their role in prophecy as a witness to the other nations.
Although note that the famous “you are my witnesses” verse in Isaiah 43 is primarily about Jews as a witness before God, there are other verses which demonstrate the role of the Jews as evidence of God’s involvement to the surrounding nations.
Isaiah 43:10 “‘You are my witnesses,’ says the LORD, ‘and my servant whom I have chosen, that you may know and believe me and understand that I am He. Before me no god was formed, nor shall there be any after me. 11 I, I am the LORD, and besides me there is no savior.’”
