No. In Genesis 2:16-17, God says that if Adam and Eve were to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil they would die. But in Genesis 3:22 he says that if there were to “take also of the tree of life” they would live forever. Therefore they must have been different trees.

If Adam was there when Eve was offered the fruit, why didn’t he say something?
