This is a reference to the a writing known as the book of Enoch. Its poor content, as reading it easily shows, is evidence against it being any sort of authority. The reference to it in the New Testament book of Jude is best understood as critical, not supportive. It is one of the Jewish myths referred to by Paul:
Titus 1:14 not devoting themselves to Jewish myths and the commands of people who turn away from the truth.
So the list of angels’ names in the book of Enoch is of no more value than a B-grade fantasy movie.
