The Scripture doesn’t give the precise details of the town the woman lived in and was healed in.  The incident is recorded in the following places:

Mat 9:20  And behold, a woman who had suffered from a discharge of blood for twelve years came up behind him and touched the fringe of his garment,

Mar 5:25  And there was a woman who had had a discharge of blood for twelve years,

Luk 8:43  And there was a woman who had had a discharge of blood for twelve years, and though she had spent all her living on physicians, she could not be healed by anyone.

Matthew 9 is set in Capernaum, as we see in verse 1 that Jesus crossed over and came to his own city, which was Capernaum (Matt 4:13).

Mark 5 and Luke 8 show that Jesus had crossed over the lake from the country of the Gerasenes, which would also place him somewhere near Capernaum.

Given these clues, it is highly likely that the women lived and was healed in or near Capernaum.
