Who are God’s elect?

God’s elect, are those chosen by God (Mark 13:20).  Other terms for the elect:

  • The faithful (Psalm 31:23; Matthew 24:45)
  • The saints (Daniel 7:18; Ephesians 1:18; 1 Thess 3:13)
  • Believers (Acts 5:14;  1 Pet 1:20-21)
  • The sons or children of God (Gal 3:26)
  • The called (1 Pet 2:9; Jude 1:1)
