When Jesus was a baby, sacrifices were offered as part of his consecration (see Luke 2:22-24).

We also know that Jesus went to Jerusalem at Passover time (see How many times did Jesus attend the Passover celebration?). Part of the Passover festival involved sacrifice at the temple (Deuteronomy 16:5-7).

Then he went to the Feast of Tabernacles at least once (John 7:1-2,10). He was in the temple during the festival (John 7:14,28) and the festival involved a lot of sacrifices (Number 29:12-40).

We are not actually told that Jesus participated in the sacrifices at these feasts, but as that was required of all male Jews, and as Jesus was never criticised for not participating in sacrifices, it is reasonable to assume that he did participate in the sacrifices.
