For mortal people in the Kingdom who love and serve God, their days will be happy and long and they will get supernatural help with any problems that arise.

Example of the blessedness of the Kingdom:

Isa 65:20-25  No more shall there be in it an infant who lives but a few days, or an old man who does not fill out his days, for the young man shall die a hundred years old, and the sinner a hundred years old shall be accursed.  (21)  They shall build houses and inhabit them; they shall plant vineyards and eat their fruit.  (22)  They shall not build and another inhabit; they shall not plant and another eat; for like the days of a tree shall the days of my people be, and my chosen shall long enjoy the work of their hands.  (23)  They shall not labor in vain or bear children for calamity, for they shall be the offspring of the blessed of the LORD, and their descendants with them.  (24)  Before they call I will answer; while they are yet speaking I will hear.  (25)  The wolf and the lamb shall graze together; the lion shall eat straw like the ox, and dust shall be the serpent’s food. They shall not hurt or destroy in all my holy mountain,” says the LORD.

Healing will be available. Very likely this refers to both physical and spiritual healing:

Ezekiel 47:12

And on the banks, on both sides of the river, there will grow all kinds of trees for food. Their leaves will not wither, nor their fruit fail, but they will bear fresh fruit every month, because the water for them flows from the sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for healing.

Revelation 22:2

through the middle of the street of the city; also, on either side of the river, the tree of life with its twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit each month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

Affliction will be sent on people who do not obey God:

Zechariah 14:16-19

Then everyone who survives of all the nations that have come against Jerusalem shall go up year after year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Booths.  (17)  And if any of the families of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, there will be no rain on them.  (18)  And if the family of Egypt does not go up and present themselves, then on them there shall be no rain; there shall be the plague with which the LORD afflicts the nations that do not go up to keep the Feast of Booths.  (19)  This shall be the punishment to Egypt and the punishment to all the nations that do not go up to keep the Feast of Booths.

Where mortality exists, in any age, there will be problems.  The difference in the Kingdom, will be that Jesus Christ is ruling.  People will seek and receive instruction about God’s ways.  Suffering will be greatly reduced.
