God’s elect, are those chosen by God (Mark 13:20).  Other terms for the elect: The faithful (Psalm 31:23; Matthew 24:45) The saints (Daniel 7:18; Ephesians 1:18; 1 Thess 3:13) Believers (Acts 5:14;  1 Pet 1:20-21) The sons or children of God (Gal 3:26) The called (1 Pet 2:9; Jude 1:1)
